Badges stay yours once earned. They don't give points, so the leaderboards never change. New ones are announced in the Feed. Pick your favourite with “Show next to my name” to show it off on your profile and the leaderboard.
Everybody can see your level. XP never resets, and it is worked out from everything you have done, so past workouts count too.
Ten ranks: Iron, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Emerald, Diamond, Master, Grandmaster and Challenger. Strength ranks compare your estimated max (from your normal sets) with your body weight; bodyweight exercises count your best set; running is your best pace over 5 km or more, cycling your best average speed over 20 km or more. Log exercises in a gym workout on the Log tab or in a session from your plan. Others only ever see the ranks, never the numbers.
Race the others for the most points, minutes or kilometres, for a weekend or a whole month. Open to everyone, or a duel with one person.
Import your gym plan from a spreadsheet and this page will show you what's due today.
Import a planYour plan is private. Only you can see it.
Start a session from your plan and enter the weight and reps of each set. Your records and progress show up here.
Only you can see your lifts. The estimated max is what you could probably lift once, worked out from your sets (weight × reps, up to 12 reps). Sets of the same exercise are matched by name.
Save the spreadsheet as a CSV file (Google Sheets: File → Download → CSV. Excel: Save As → CSV). One row per exercise, with these columns: session, weekday, exercise, sets, reps, weight, rest, notes. Only exercise is required. German column names and weekdays work too.

Enter the weight and reps and tick each set when you've done it. Your ticks are kept on this device, and the timer keeps running when you lock your phone or leave the page. A session earns its time at the gym value of 2 points a minute.

Every workout anyone in the group logs shows up here, like a chat. Write a message, or react to a workout with an emoji or a sticker. Tap a reaction to see who gave it.
A personal key that lets a Shortcut on your iPhone add the workouts Apple Health recorded to your account. It can only add workouts, nothing else. Keep it private, like a password.
/api/import/check. Open Show More: Method POST, and add a header named Authorization with the value Bearer followed by your key. Add Show Result after it and run it. It should say your key works, and it logs nothing./api/import/workouts, Method POST, the same Authorization header, and Request Body JSON with these text fields: id = the formatted start date, start = the formatted start date, end = the formatted end date, type = the workout's type (its name, like "Walking"), distance = the workout's distance. Each workout is only ever counted once, so running the shortcut again or overlapping days is safe. A workout you delete in the Log tab stays deleted. Points work like a workout you log yourself, so running and cycling need a distance, and workouts older than a week are left out. Don't also log the same workout by hand. Option names can differ a little between iOS versions.
